How can I access the Augmented Reality Experiences?
The Augmented Reality experiences are available on our Splink app. You can download it at Apple Store (IOS) or Play Store (Android). Unfortunately, some older devices may not be compatible for you to enjoy the app to the fullest.
To get to know all the compatible Android devices click here. All Apple devices, starting from the iPhone 6S/SE and the 5th Generation of the iPAD should work.
Are the AR experiences available on all MyJersey collectibles?
All the MyJersey collectibles give you access to AR experiences. Some of them are still on the works, but they will be available soon. Just download the app to find out what we have in store for you!
Can I get a MyJersey from any club?
Splink always make official and licensed products, so if you can't find a MyJersey from your favourite club on our website, we are probably working on getting it. Leave us a suggestion anyway. Subscribe to our newsletter to get all the news.
Can i get a MyJersey with my name on it?
Unfortunately, no. As they are official licensed products, we cannot do this type of customisation. We are sure you're a great player, though!
How long will i have to wait for my order to arrive?
For now, the MyJersey is only available for pre-order. But once we get our hands on them, it will take the following time:
Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days.
Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.
Returns and Exchanges
I have a problem with my order. What do I do?
We do our best to provide you with the best customer experience. If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the package. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the issue description and a photo of the product.
Can I exchange my collectible?
In case you got your order damaged, get in contact within 48 hours after receiving it. Send an email to Hello@besplink.com with the issue description and a photo of the product.
Do you do refunds?
We offer Free EU return within 14 days from when the parcel has been delivered. If an item you have ordered is not as described, is flawed or of a lower quality please contact our customer support to apply for a refund.
