Do you have the business savvy, and retail industry expertise necessary to position Splink as the number one sports collectible company in the world? Because we are looking for an experienced Head of Retail to join our team, based in Lisbon.

Splink is a technology company working in the sports industry, in the segment of fan engagement.

We work with sports teams worldwide to delight the fans through meaningful AR experiences, and connect with their audience wherever they are. Our retail product is a collectible that tells the story of the sports team through the jersey, which is then further enhanced through AR experiences to take it to the next level.

Your mission:

As the Head of Retail, you will shape the Vision and Values by achieving the assigned sales budget targets. You will be responsible for optimizing the Splink brand's long-term forecast and profit targets while working with our customers. You will also be in charge of communicating and implementing retail strategic initiatives, policies, and standards into our customers' organizational structure.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

-Ability to plan and execute a retail strategy;

-Sales driven mindset.

-Significant experience in retail, sales, business development.

-Experience in building industry and workload specific value propositions, and integrating them in Global Retail Sales Go to Market.

-Deep sales experience and discipline to generate new opportunities, with strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution, through entire retail sales cycle.

-Aiming beyond the quota and key performance metrics.

-Demonstrating the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

-Strong presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.

-Proven experience in driving revenue through partners with structured programs.

-Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

-Ability to identify and reach the decision-maker, exploring the reach of our network but also expanding it via cold calls, e-mails and LinkedIn.

-Written and spoken English for business is essential; other European languages are beneficial.
